Feng Shui of Food

When we talk about Online Feng Shui Magazine - WOFS.com, we generally think about it as something that will bring harmony and health to our home or our office, and that is totally true. What we do not usually know is that Feng Shui is not only used in the objectives and spaces, but also applies to people, using food as its the fuel that makes the flow of Qi work properly (energy ).
In this way we achieve a great benefit for our health, wellbeing and abundance. You have to eat to be who you want to be.

The balance Yin and Yang in the gastronomic culture

The ancestral principles of Feng Shui bring food closer to the balance theory of Yin and Yang. This implies making sure that there is a good balance of flavors, textures, colors, temperatures, etc.
Logically the design of the kitchen has a main importance when we deepen on this subject, but today our focus is on food so as not to deviate from the topic to be treated. I just leave you a note, and that microwave ovens are not welcome because too much cooking can make the energy of the food completely disappear.

Eat with the elements

Each of the five existing elements represents a flavor:
Wood - Agrio
Fire - Bitter
Sweet Land
Metal - Spicy
Water - Salty
Within each element there are foods that are Yin and others that are Yang. Keep in mind that Yang food will be suitable for people who get tired more easily, and otherwise Yin foods are suitable for people who are very active and nervous and need to stop and slow down their pace.

Wood
Yin: Cheese and Gherkins.
Yang: Cherries and Lobster.
Fire
Yin: Olives, cous-cous, beet.
Yang: Lamb meat, coffee and apricots.
land
Yin: pumpkin, mango and mushrooms.
Yang: beef, chocolate and honey.
Metal
Yin: Mint, radishes and onions.
Yang: Sake, pepper and garlic.
Water
Yin: Cabbage, sardines.
Yang: Caviar, salami and blue cheese.

Natural Mole Removal Remedies Rated for Your Comparison

Natural mole removal remedies are easy to find, but do they work? How much time will it take for the natural mole removal remedies to work and what can you expect as far as cost and scarring? These were all questions I had when I began investigating natural mole removal remedies about five years ago. This article will share with you my experiences and research so you can decide what is right for you. I began researching natural mole removal remedies after having a mole surgically removed and realizing there had to be a better way to get rid of a mole. The surgery was slightly painful, but nothing I couldn't manage. The real issue, however, was the cost. I had a mole taken off for cosmetic reasons, which to my insurance company meant it was unnecessary. I had to pay for the surgical removal of the mole out of my own pocket. What did it cost? The doctor charged me $400 for the one mole to be removed. Ouch, this is when the pain hit, lol. I actually talked with my doctor and told her ...

Renovating the "Feng Shui" Way

In the Black Sect Tradition of Feng Shui, there is a simple "cure" to use if you'd like to get the energy moving quickly in your home. They suggest you simply move 27 items. This is a standard method that many practitioners advise to their clients and has been found to be effective. Some of my clients question the necessity of a Feng Shui lillian too Blessing prior to a renovation and after many years of practicing homes that have been blessed prior to extensive work and homes that haven't been, I am a firm believer that we should use these beautiful and powerful blessings before beginning any projects around the house. If simply moving 27 items can stir the energy so fast, renovations where walls, doors, flooring and appliances are removed and changed can surely throw our environment into temporary chaos. I believe this is why so many people frequently run into unexpected problems when renovations have been undertaken without an appropriate blessing. Sometimes contr...
